We are definitely the largest trucking show in the world dealing specifically with trucks. The 2009 show saw 935 Exhibitors and more than 70,000 professionals gather March 19-21 in Louisville, KY.

Can we get our concert/nightly entertainment tickets in advance?

No, there are no advance concerts tickets available for The Mid-America Trucking Show to give out. They are generously provided by Mobil Delvac from their booth #18160. For more information on the Friday night concert, please visit . For some of our nightly entertainment events, the sponsors do provide tickets or registration credentials in advance of the show. We suggest contacting the sponsor directly to determine if this is the case or not.

How do I get into the show?

To gain access to the show, you will need to pre-register on-line (on-line registration opens December 1, [!MarketingYear!]), get a complimentary ticket from an Exhibitor or participating truck stop location, or receive a VIP pass from an exhibiting company. You can also purchase a ticket at the door for $5.

Are wheelchairs and scooters available for rent?

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not allowed at the Kentucky Exposition Center other than those which have been trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability.

What are the show hours?

Is smoking allowed?

The Kentucky Exposition Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted in outdoor areas only.

Is there a PA system for making onsite announcements or paging individuals?

It is our policy to use the public address system as little as possible due to disruptions caused to exhibitors on the show floor, and those companies conducting press conferences. The PA System is only used for emergencies, life threatening situations, security reasons, and announcing seminars.

How do I locate Exhibitors and navigate the show

MATS distributes complimentary Official Directory & Buyer’s Guides, which can be picked up in each registration area. This publication includes an alphabetical and categorical listing of all exhibiting companies, a new product section, seminar schedule, and an up to date foldout floor plan. For your convenience, "You Are Here" signs are strategically placed throughout the show. You can also use the to locate and Exhibitor.
