Official Show Contractor
The General Services Contractor is the official Show Decorator and is the exclusive provider for rigging, sign hanging, ceiling work, etc. The GSC can also provide labor, booth rental, booth set-up, floral, furniture, etc.

Facility Services
Kentucky Exposition Center is the exclusive provider for services such as drayage, electric, water, compressed air, internet, phone, catering, etc. Payment for facility services should be made directly to the provider using the KEC payment form.

Move-In
The Kentucky Exposition Center is the exclusive provider of drayage services and pre-show warehousing. Johnson Trucking provides the services to move your trailer and/or tractor into the facility.

Johnson Trucking is responsible for vehicle and trailer move-in. For rules and regulations on having a vehicle in the exposition center, please see the Fire Marshall Rules and Regulations.

Important Notes:
- You may begin your display set-up at the same time as your vehicle move in time, however, please note that your exhibit space must remain clear until the end of your scheduled vehicle move-in time, regardless of whether you have display vehicles or not, to allow for the move-in of other display vehicles through your space, if needed.
- Failure to comply with your scheduled vehicle move-in time could result in delays for both you and your fellow exhibitors, vehicles being left out of the show, and displays not being erected by the opening of the show. If you have any questions regarding the vehicle move-in schedule, contact Genesis Exposition Services, at 502-266-5101.

MATS makes available several opportunities to hold and promote events, seminars, meetings and more. The first step is to submit the Event Request Form. If your event requires meeting space / seminar time slot, we will be in contact to discuss options; otherwise, upon review, we will publish your event on our web site for others to see.

Every attendee does not make it to every exhibit. It is an impossibility given the size of the show, the number of Exhibitors, the number of Attendees, and the number of hours in the show. If you feel like you missed out on some of the potential leads at MATS, rent the post-show mailing list. You can specify the registration category you'd like to focus on and we provide full CASS Certified/Delivery Point Verified mailing contact information direct to your mail house for subsequent follow-up. As an added value for our Exhibitors, we provide complimentary admission tickets to be distributed directly to your patrons, clients and potential customers to get them into the show at no cost and help drive traffic to your booth. Also, please don't forget that we also have complimentary VIP registration for those VIP customers that you'd like to take special care of.
The deadline for ordering complimentary tickets is March 7th or until our present supply runs out. Let us remind you: No complimentary tickets or photo copies of the tickets may be distributed during the show, in or near the facility. Please leave them at home.
