Attendee Hotel Accomodations
We have negotiated special rates with the local hotels for the 2008 Mid-America Trucking Show. Rooms can be reserved by visiting our On-line Reservations Center (see link below) or by calling 800.743.3100 or 502.561.3100 9AM-5PM Monday-Friday (EST). To modify/cancel room reservations, please call the number listed above.

Exhibitor Hotel Information
We have blocked a set number of rooms with specially negotiated rates at local hotels to be designated as "2008 MATS Exhibitors Only". The list of Exhibitor Hotels is available by logging in to the "Exhibitors Only" section of our web site, at www.truckingshow.com/exhibitor.

Kentucky Exposition Center Entrance Maps
The Kentucky Exposition Center is located at the junction of I-65/I-264, one mile south of Downtown Louisville.

Kentucky Exposition Center Parking Maps
For overnight truck parking, please stop by the Lot L Office to pay the necessary fees and receive your parking assignment. You will then be redirected to Lot K or G. Lot K can accommodate overnight truck parking, no hook-ups, $25 per night, reservations are not required or accepted.
Lot L is for RV Parking with hook-ups available, $45 per night, reservations are required.

Additional truck parking is available at Papa John's Cardinal Stadium free of charge. Shuttles will be available to take Attendees to and from the Show.

R.V. Hook-ups
R.V. hook-ups are available on-site for Attendees wishing to bring their recreational vehicles at a cost of $45 per night. For reservations/additional information, please call Linda Stone at 502.367.5384.

For the convenience of our Attendees and Exhibitors, each year we select major airlines to be the preferred airlines of The Mid-America Trucking Show. When booking at least 60 days in advance, each of the airlines below will take up to 10% off of their lowest fair when you mention the reference code for The Mid-America Trucking Show.

Emergency Services
RoadOne Suburban Wrecker Service has been designated as the Official Mid-America Emergency Road Service Company. They can be reached on CB Channel #1, Dispatch at 502.964.6500, or through the Show Office in the East Hall. This service is FREE if needed.
