How To Exhibit

If you are ready to secure your exhibit space for the 2015 Mid-America Trucking Show, please follow the steps below.   • Step 1

    Returning Exhibitor

    Applications and Prospectuses will mail and email out to returning exhibitors on July 15, marking the opening of exhibit space sales for companies that exhibited the prior year. All returning exhibitor applications must be received by September 16th for priority / preferred consideration. Exhibitor enlargment / relocation requests will be addressed in order of seniority after September 16th.

    New Exhibitor

    Once all returning exhibitor enlargement / relocation requests have been addressed, new exhibitor applications will be accommodated in the order they were received. This process typically begins by the end of October. New exhibitor applications are time-stamped upon receipt, so please submit your application as soon as possible to hold your place in line.

  • Step 2

    Submit a Completed Application

    A hard-copy of the application should be completely filled out, signed, and faxed to 502.899.3952 or the electronic version [PDF] can be digitally signed and emailed to On the completed application, you will need to indicate the preferred booth sizes and location (wing, aisle, near a particular company, etc.) or the preferred booth numbers. To ensure you receive consideration for the 2014 MATS while we have options available, please return the completed application as soon as possible.

  • Step 3

    Booth Confirmation

    Once we begin working on your application, we will contact you to discuss available booth options based on the information submitted on the application. Once exhibit space has been agreed upon and payment received, you will receive a formal confirmation of your exhibit space via email. This email will include the countersigned exhibit space contract, exhibitor hotel info, an invoice if there is any balance due, and information on additional steps you may want to take to ensure your success at the show.

  • Step 4

    Plan Your Visit

    With over 1,000 Exhibitors and 1,200,000 square feet of exhibit space, having a pre-established itinerary is a must. Visit the Floor Plan and Exhibitor Search to map out your visit to the show and make the most efficient use of your time at MATS. Please note that the 2015 Exhibitor Search will be made available on or by December 1, 2014, so check back often after that for new exhibitor updates and info on the show

  • Step 5

    Enjoy Louisville

    Given the number of attendees in Louisville for the show, it's a good idea to plan the your after-show hours as well. Louisville has plenty to see and do; our recommendations can be found on the Visitors Guide Page.

Additional Planning

Once your exhibit space has been confirmed, take these additional steps to ensure your success at MATS:

  • Finalize On-Site Arrangements

    Log-in to the “Event Manager” to see a complete list of everything you need finalize your show preparations.
    You can view your move-in time; download order forms for booth furnishings, carpet rental, drayage/shipping, utilities;
    register for personnel and VIP badges; upload press kits; view rules and regulations; etc.
