Please note that this form is for applying for Media badges, not registering as an attendee. The Press Room is for working press only, i.e. those that will be attending press conferences and actively writing articles during the show for leading industry publications.

Please note: In addition to completing this form, your business card must be faxed to (502) 899-3952. Credentials will not be granted unless both requirements are fulfilled (this form and business card fax).
