EAC Insurance Requirements
All insurance must meet the minimum requirements established by the State of Kentucky.

|Comprehensive General Liability Insurance
||$1,000,000 combined single limit bodily injury and property damage liability.
|Automobile Liability Insurance
Only required if EAC will be positioning trucks, trailers, or equipment on the show floor
|$1,000,000 combined single limit
Must cover all owned, non-owned, and hired vehicles.
Exhibit Management Associates, Inc., Kentucky Exposition Center, and Genesis Exposition Services LLC must be named as additional insured.
Valid coverage certificates must be emailed (firstname.lastname@example.org) or faxed (502.899.3952) at least 30 days prior to the opening day of the Mid-America Trucking Show.
If an insurance certificate is not submitted, the EAC will not be allowed access to the exhibit floor.
