EXHIBITOR APPOINTED CONTRACTORS
An Exhibitor Appointed Contractor (EAC) is any service contractor performing services for an exhibitor on the Mid-America Trucking Show floor that is not listed as an Official Service Provider. Services provided by an EAC may include exhibit installation and dismantling, audio visual, floral, photography, display rental, display house services, etc.
To submit an EAC request, please submit the EAC Request Form below, along with the required insurance certificate. All EAC requests must be received 30 days prior to the opening day of the Mid-America Trucking Show. The EAC Request form must be submitted once per EAC, per Exhibitor. Requests covering multiple EACs or multiple Exhibitors will not be considered.
All Exhibitor Appointed Contractors and Exhibitor’s using EACs must follow the EAC Regulations.
EAC Insurance Requirements
All insurance must meet the minimum requirements established by the State of Kentucky.
