MATS Announces Exciting New Exhibit Hall Layout for 2025 Show
- MATS NEWS
The Mid-America Trucking Show (MATS) is thrilled to unveil an exciting update for the 2025 event, with a significant change to the exhibit hall layout at the Kentucky Expo Center. This transformation marks a major step forward in the commitment to providing more class-A exhibit space, and a more central and connected experience for all attendees and exhibitors at the show.
To deliver on this more connected experience, MATS is pleased to announce that all exhibitors previously located in the West Wing and Pavilion will be moving to North through South Wings. This strategic relocation is designed to enhance the overall flow and connectivity of the show, ensuring an uninterrupted and cohesive experience where exhibits, education, and events come together.
Here are some benefits the change-over will provide:
- Enhanced Visibility: With all exhibits now 100% connected, attendees will find it easier to access their favorite exhibits at the show without interrupation.
- Streamlined Experience: Events, education sessions, and exhibits will be more integrated, reducing time spent navigating between areas and allowing for more meaningful interactions.
- Prime Location: The South Wing’s proximity to key areas such as the food court, press rooms, outdoor exhibits, education areas, and primary meeting rooms will improve opportunities for engagement between attendees and exhibitors.
Additionally, MATS 2025 will introduce a new Maintenance and Repair Pavilion to the floor plan. This dedicated space will cater to the growing number of fleets and owner-operators who depend on long-lasting trucks and equipment, providing essential maintenance solutions to minimize downtime.
“Implementing these changes and making these benefits accessible to all, reflect MATS’ continued commitment to providing an exceptional experience for both exhibitors and attendees,” said Toby Young, President of MATS. “We are positioning MATS to take full advantage of the exciting upgrades coming to the Expo Center and look forward to the new heights of success and connectivity we will achieve.”
