When Ingrid Brown got into the trucking world over 40 years ago, she knew only five other women in the industry. She started driving as a teenager back in 1979 when her dad bought her first truck, and has been on the road ever since. Since then, she has driven through 48 states with over four million accident-free miles. Ingrid has dedicated her career towards CMV Safety and the safety of the general motoring public. She is an independent-contractor and sole proprietor of her company, Rollin’ B.
Ingrid is incredibly loyal to the trucking industry and has earned countless amounts of awards and nominations throughout her career. Some of her awards and recognition include: 2012 Midnight Trucking Radio WBAP Million Mile+ driving award, 2015 NASTC – National Association of Small Trucking Companies America’s Safe Driver Team, 2015 NASTC Woman Driver of the Year, 2015 only owner-operator on the Women In Trucking Association Image team, 2016 FMCSA Safe Driver Poster recipient, and a 2016 Big Rig Videos Legendary video series recipient. She is a cancer survivor, an official MATS Pro Team member, and much more. She has paved the way for women in trucking, and has empowered women across the world through recognition and education.
