  • Show Hours

    • What are the show dates and hours?

      The 2015 Mid-America Trucking Show will be held March 26 - 28, 2015 at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY.
      The show hours are:

      • Thursday, March 26 VIP Session: 10AM - 1PM | General Admission: 1PM - 6PM

      • Friday, March 27 General Admission: 10AM - 6PM

      • Saturday, March 28 General Admission: 9AM - 4PM

    • Where is the Mid-America Trucking Show held?

      The show will be held at the Kentucky Exposition Center in Louisville, KY. The physical address is:

    • What are my parking options and fees?

      Parking is $8 for passenger vehicles and $30 for tractor/trailers. We do provide complimentary off-site tractor/trailer parking (with shuttle to/from the facility). RV Parking is also available (with or without hook-ups). For detailed information on parking your car, tractor/trailer, and RV, please see the parking information page.

    • What is the Papa John's offsite parking shuttle schedule?

      The offsite shuttles will run Thursday 9AM-7PM, Friday 9AM-11PM, and Saturday 8AM-5PM.

    • Do you have suggestions on things to do and see while in Louisville?

      The Louisville Convention & Visitors Bureau can be found in Booth #41005 in the South Wing Lobby near registration. They will have information available from various restaurants, local attractions and places of interest, and will gladly assist you with your after-show entertainment questions. We also highly recommend or calling 1.888.LOUISVILLE (1.888.568.4784).

    • Do hotels offer shuttles?

      Some hotels do offer shuttles to and from the show. We suggest confirming this with your hotel prior to arrival.

  • Events

    • Who is performing at the MATS Concert? How do I get tickets?

      On Friday, March 28 at 7PM, Grammy award-winning superstar Gretchen Wilson will headline the free Mobil Delvac concert, with opening act Chris Hennessee. Complimentary tickets will be distributed, while supplies last, from the Mobil Delvac Booth #18160 in the North Wing during show hours.

    • Where is the PKY Truck Beauty Championship?

      The PKY Truck Beauty Championship is located in the J Lot, directly behind the West Wing and Pavilion. You may exit through the rear of either of those buildings.

    • Where are the seminars held?

      Room B-104, between South Wing Lobbies A & B.

      East Hall and West Wing Lobby, as indicated on the floor plan.

    • I've lost my item/I've found someone's item, what do I do?

      If you find any lost items or if you lose any of your personal belonging during the show, please stop by Lost and Found located at our Show Offices in the West Wing Lobby and in the East Hall.

    • How does my company become an Exhibitor?

  • Regulations / Safety

    • Can I have someone paged?

      Unfortunately, given the number of press conferences, seminars, meetings, etc., we are unable to make pages during show hours. We suggest that, prior to entering the show, you pre-arrange a meeting place should a member of your group get separated from the rest of the group. Also, please keep a close watch on any children you bring to the show. If a child has been separated from his/her group, please immediately report it to a First Aid station or one of the Show Management offices.

    • Where are the First-Aid stations?

      North Wing Lobby near escalators and West Wing Lobby near registration.

    • Is smoking allowed on-site?

      The Kentucky Expo Center is a non-smoking facility. Smoking is permitted outdoors at a minimum of 10’ from any entrance doors.

    • Are animals allowed on-site?

      Animals are not permitted inside of the Kentucky Expo Center, except those service animals that have been specifically trained to aid a disabled person.

    • Where can I rent a wheelchair or motorized scooter?

      Wheelchairs and motorized scooters are available for rent in the West Wing Lobby near registration.

    • What is the easiest way to navigate the show floor?

      We suggest using a combination of the map found in the Official Show Directory, the floor plan found in the MATS App, the You-Are-Here signs placed throughout the show, and the aisle signs found on the carpet at the intersection of major show aisles. All booths are numbered in ascending order from East to West (left-right on maps) and North to South (top to bottom on maps).

    • Where can I find something to eat?

      There are various concession stands spread throughout each wing of the Kentucky Expo Center. For more dining options, along with ample seating, please visit the main indoor food court in the Pavilion, the large tented outdoor food court located in the Conference Room parking lot just outside the South Wing, the second floor of Freedom Hall, or the second floor of the North Wing Lobby.

    • Is Wi-Fi available at the Kentucky Exposition Center?

      Wi-Fi is available in select areas of the Kentucky Expo Center. Cost varies based on level of access and can be determined by clicking on the “Available Wireless Network” on your mobile device and accessing the payment page of the internet connection.

    • Where can I purchase the Official Mid-America Trucking Show Apparel?

      Official show t-shirts are available for purchase in Booth #41044 in the South Wing Lobby and on the eastern wall of the North Wing at Booth #16285.

    • Where can I purchase the Official MATS Die-Cast Truck?

      The official MATS die-cast truck is available for purchase at Booth #12004 on the western wall of the North Wing.

    • Where can I pick-up a Show Directory?

      Show Directories are available at all registration entrances to the show. Please see the tables just outside of Registration to pick-up your complimentary copy.

  • Attendee Registration

    • How do I sign up to attend MATS, and how much does it cost?

      In order to attend MATS you must be a member of/employed within the heavy-duty trucking industry and be registered as an Attendee. You can register for free beginning Monday, December 2 by visiting Attendee Registration. You can also purchase tickets at the door for $10 and submit them for your registration at any registration desk within the show. For locations of registration desks within the show, please see our Floor Plan.

    • Where can I register on-site?

      There are six on-site registration areas. They are located in North Wing Lobby, South Wing Lobby A, South Wing Lobby C, rear entrance of the North Wing, West Wing Lobby and Pavilion.

    • How can I get a VIP badge?

      You must be registered as a VIP by one of the exhibiting companies in the show. As an individual, you cannot register yourself as a VIP.

    • I pre-registered online, but lost my badge and email confirmation, what now?

      As long as you successfully pre-registered prior to the show, you may visit any one of the above mentioned registration areas and have another badge printed out for you. Having mobile access to your email as well as your registration ID number will help expedite the process.

    • I registered on-line, what do I need to bring with me to the show?

      We suggest bringing your registration confirmation (either a printed copy or on your phone). The registration attendants can then lookup your registration via the Reg Number or by scanning the barcode.

    • I need to update information on my badge?

      Please bring your badge or registration confirmation to any of the on-site registration areas. The registration attendants can update your address, email, etc. and exchange your old badge for a new one.

    • What are the age requirements for registering?

      Children under the age of 14 are not required to register, and will not need a badge.

    • How many days are the badges good for?

      Each registration entitles you to a badge that is good for all three days of the show. You will not have to re-register or pay for your second day at the show.
