Copyright of the MATS is owned by Show Management. Show Management reserves the rights to all recordings or reproductions of presentations at, or in conjunction with, MATS. Any photography, filming, taping, recording, or reproduction in any medium without the express written consent of Show Management is strictly forbidden. Exceptions:

• Photography, audio and video recording using hand-held equipment, for strictly personal and noncommercial use, are permitted if not disruptive, as determined by Show Management.
• Photography, audio and video recording, by an Exhibitor or by an Exhibitor’s appointed third party, are permitted if not disruptive, as determined by Show Management, and if conducted within the Exhibitor’s exhibit or event space, as previously authorized by Show Management. Sponsorship of an event does not provide license to record or photograph the event without Show Management authorization.
