Todd Spencer

Todd has truly dedicated his entire life to trying to improve working conditions for truckers. Todd served for many years as the Executive Vice President of OOIDA and is now the President of the Association. In 1980 Todd began working full-time at OOIDA, alongside Jim Johnston, handling Landline and the advocacy parts of the Association. Todd has testified many times on Capitol Hill representing truckers. He has made 1000s of trips to Washington DC and to State Capitals across America to fight for the rights of small business truckers and drivers.  There hasn’t been a single piece of legislation that has come from OOIDA that Todd hasn’t had something to do with since 1980.
