Joyce has celebrated over 25 years in the trucking business. She went from a 1 truck fleet to over 70 and a flourishing 3PL company. She started Trucking Families in 2012, a non-profit foundation. This foundation is set up to help the families of truck drivers with financial concerns or setbacks that might occur.
Brenny won the MN Business Ethics Award in 2017. She also has a big role in many different organizations such as St. Christopher’s Foundation, Women in Trucking, (where Brenny was recently awarded WIT Top Women Owned Business), and the Minnesota Trucking Association. Brenny has won the Great West Casualty Platinum Safety Award four times. Locally she won the Greater St. Cloud Development Innovation Award, which comes from the outstanding training program Joyce has developed to get new/younger drivers into the trucking industry as drivers. The overall driver retention is 86% and 100% retention from 3 months to 1 year.
